The Pel PV18 digital voltmeter is used to accurately display voltage on the fence wire. It will read up to 9,900 volts. It is easy to carry and is supplied in a secure, zipped up case for protection. Can be used to test voltage in the earth field which should never be more than 300- 400 volts.
